This summer, European art duo Elmgreen & Dragset will install a new public sculpture on the Elsinore waterfront entitled “Han”. Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s short story “The Little Mermaid”, it’s made of shiny stainless steel, and will blink creepily once every hour.
